Okay so on Friday, December 18th 2009 a few high school friends and I met up at our old high school (Holy Name of Mary) and I got to see the final product of the stain glass window I had designed, with the help of some of the 12th graders last year. But most of them ditched me and I I was left to do the designs (thanks guys!) So I got to go back and this was the the completed image. It looks a little weirder than what I had draw but I can understand cause working with stain glass is difficult so coo-dose to ... I can't remember the teacher who did this name so Thank you! This is proudly presented in the Chapel of the school. This will be my first photo/ art upload =D welcoming the New year.

Thanks this was a team effort so I can't take all the credit for it. The actual stain glass was done by an ex teacher
ReplyDeletethats so cool what a small world this is. I only went to the school for grade 11 and 12. Actually I never new a school existed until my aunt called me one day near the end of grade 10 and asked if I wanted to go to the same school as my cousin who was entering grade 9 so I said "ok"
Yeah the old HNM on Mississauga road has been replaced by a private school for all grades too high school this is because the nuns behind the school wanted the school back beacuse they couldn't make enough money the sold it to some other school and now there worse than when they were with us. The new HNM is still around we still claim the name HNM but our title also has "Catholic" to make it slightly different from the old HNM. They are located in Brampton (scary place I never went outside , only four times, twice off property and once with school, and once on school property
yes hopefully we do meet someday! thats if I ever find you and I'm not chicken to talk to you =)
